At State of Chic™, our products are crafted with intention — printed on demand or made in small batches exclusively for you. Because each piece is curated specifically for your order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is placed. We appreciate your understanding.

🛡️ 30-Day Limited Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. Our 30-Day Limited Warranty covers defects in materials or craftsmanship, so you can shop with confidence. This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading, scratches, dents)
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Buyer’s remorse or preference changes
Delays caused by postal carriers

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@stateofchic.com and include:

Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
A short description of what went wrong

Once approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item.

Limited Exceptions

If we offer select non-custom items (such as seasonal gifts or overstock sales), some may be eligible for return within 14 days. Contact us before sending anything back to confirm eligibility.
